30th

Thirty years have been passed already
When she finally walked in the aisle
And said “I do” in front of altar
Thirty years have been passed already
When he swore to God to love her
In poorest and in richest
In sickness and in health
They made a vow to be a man and woman in one
It’s been thirty years after she wore that ring
And he kissed her lips
A year after, they found a smile
And heard a cry
A fruit of love, a blessing from Above
But the thirty year of being together isn’t filled with happiness
There are tears linger in the four corner room
Promises are broken
He left
He came back
Thirty years of commitment, maybe it is
But it’s not enough
This child prays for another thirty years with both of them
